Our Core Values
I’m Matt Veigl
Matt has been a trainer for almost two decades and provides training in multiple capacities. As the son of two teachers, Matt is a teacher at heart himself and loves helping and empowering people to live their best life while also on the never ending path to his own.
Being the loving and caring guy that he is, his favorite activity is learning about and sharing other’s experience as well as trying new things. As an avid dog lover, golfer, former basketball and volleyball player, reader, and aspiring outdoorsman, he’s always looking for something to add to the list.
Being obsessed with constant movement, Matt admits that he doesn’t sit still very well. “My ideal day includes a workout for myself, helping others, some golf, and a cookout with my family and friends!” - FacesOfLexington.com
I’m Christina Morales Sleeper
Christina has a life long relationship with movement; she spent most of her early life competing in Dance and Cheer. She discovered yoga in 2005 and completed the first of many yoga certifications in 2013.
With thousands of hours of training and almost a decade of leading group fitness, Christina specializes in mobility work, breathing mechanics, and yoga education. She offers an intentional and modern approach to movement that will help improve overall body awareness and performance.
I’m Clint Bacon
HI, I'm Clint. I've grown up in Lexington as a Christian and an athlete from the age of 4 when I played in my first youth baseball league. Through my younger years I played anything my parents would sign me up for: soccer, baseball, football, basketball, lacrosse and even the swim team.
Football was where I found I fit best, and that's where I was first introduced to strength training as an incoming freshman at Dunbar High School. Despite my experience in the weight room through high school football, strength training wasn't really a consistent passion of mine until 2016 after I graduated from Western Kentucky University, and 2019 is when it became a potential career path.
I have trained a full spectrum of clients ranging from six year-old youth athletes to seventy-six year-old retirees. I want to make my clients feel comfortable in training while also keeping them accountable to their goals. Primarily as a personal trainer I want my clients to know how to live an active, health lifestyle on their own away from our training sessions. Therefore, my mindset Is not just to train my clients, but to also educate them
