Personalized Training is like having the expertise of VFIT training in your pocket at all times. Perfect for the driven individual looking to take their success to the next level or the beginner who doesn’t know where or how to start. 


Our experts will personally design a program for you. We'll help you track your nutrition with a proven methodology that is not only successful, but able to be done by anyone - even if you don't have a strong nutrition background. 


Most importantly, we'll KEEP YOU ACCOUNTABLE to your plan! 


Additionally, other experts in the health and wellness field will be providing various seminars and talks, which you'll have access to at any time, just as you will with any VFIT class.

Get access to the expertise and programs built by the team at VFIT. We provide detailed video of each exercise and movement along with weekly outlines that help guide you through when and how to do each workout.

Strength and Conditioning workouts are beginner friendly and can be scaled up or down depending on your level of fitness. Our app will help you track your progress and record your workouts along with having access to any of our coaches if needed.

It doesn't matter if you only have a single set of dumbbells or your own private gym, our programs allow you to perform the exercises with or without equipment. Set your workout program anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks or simply perform them as needed.
